Ticket Pricing and Policies:

• Tickets purchased in advance for shows at the Cascade Theatre are available on-line or at the Box Office for $6/person with the following discount: for every 3 tickets purchased at regular price, the 4th ticket is free (when purchased at one time).
 
• On the day of each event, on-line sales will be closed and the ticket price “at the door” will be $8/person with no quantity discount.
 
• Tickets purchased on-line will be available after 24 hours at the Cascade Theatre Box Office.
 
• Tickets for the opening Gala Event ($50/person) and final Awards Ceremony ($15/person) will also be available on-line or the Cascade Theatre Box Office with no quantity discount.
 
• Tickets purchased on-line will be available after 24 hours at the Cascade Theatre Box Office.
 
• 15 Minute Rule: All ticket holders are strongly encouraged to be at the Cascade Theatre 15 minutes before show time! If you do not show up before a film starts, you will NOT be seated until the short break before the next film. Under no circumstance will your ticket be refunded or exchanged for a missed film.
 
• No refunds or exchanges will be available for advanced sale tickets.

Additional Features:

• The Children’s Film Festival, hosted by Turtle Bay Exploration Park, will be open to all on a first come first served basis with normal admission to the park.
 
• Entries for the Sundial Film Festival Photo Contest will be displayed throughout the event in the Lobby area of the Cascade Theatre and in the main theatre during intermission between shows.
