Rules and Guidelines
In order to submit an entry to the Sundial Film Festival, you must download, read and comply with the Rules and Guidelines documents. The documents are available by clicking the Download or View links below next to Entry Rules and Guidelines Documents. In order to download any of the Festival Rules & Guidelines or Applications you will need an Adobe .PDF reader installed on your computer. You can download one by clicking here. Film Entries
Film entries must be submitted via the Withoutabox application form accessed by using the Withoutabox link found below. Withoutabox is a film festival management organization and will be handling all film entries for the Sundial Film Festival. There will be no mail in film entries this year.

Film entries use the following form to enter your video production:Photography Entries
Photography entries can be submitted by mail or online. To submit by mail, download the photography application and mail it to the Redding Rotary with a CD containing your photos. To submit online, click the Apply Online link below next to Digital Photography Application. Payment is handled online using your Paypal account or using your credit card. We value your privacy and your financial information is guaranteed to be secure.
All entries must be submitted in JPEG and sized at 72 dpi to a maximum of approximately 15 inches vertically for most images or 27 inches horizontally for panoramas.
